PRODUCT MANAGER
Product Manager determines what has to be built, hopefully through voice of customer or intuition based on being a subject matter expert, documents the use cases, creates the wireframes, completes Test Cases; setting up all team members to WIN.
ARCHITECT
Architect takes the 4 documents created by the PM and collaborates with the PM to BACK into the best architecture required and creates a detailed work item for the Developer based on an individual deployable component; setting up the Developer to WIN.
ARCHITECT
Architect takes the 4 documents created by the PM and collaborates with the PM to BACK into the best architecture required and creates a detailed work item for the Developer based on an individual deployable component; setting up the Developer to WIN.
DEVELOPER
Developer gets the instructions from the Architect, collaborates on nuances, etc. and begins to code. The developer has to make sure they write code with unit tests, comments, and they make their best attempt to complete; setting up the Release Manager to WIN.
TEST ENGINEER
Test Engineer looks at the instructions created by the Architect that includes the Test Case created by the PM & automates the test case to create a suite of automated tests that will allow the team to iterate on the product while releasing hight quality code; setting up the Release Manger to WIN.
